Courses are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-transferable use. Sharing or selling access credentials is prohibited. WindGrove may enforce device/session limits to protect accounts. Accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing can be suspended pending verification.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes may be collected depending on your billing location. If a payment fails, access may be paused until the balance is settled. Promotions and coupons are time-limited and cannot be retroactively applied.
We offer a 14‑day refund window for self‑paced courses if less than 20% of the course is completed. Cohorts, live sessions, or downloadable assets are non‑refundable once delivered. To request a refund, contact Support with your order ID and reason within the refund window.
Be respectful in live sessions, forums, and chats. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or unauthorized advertising is not permitted. Disruptions may lead to account restrictions or removal without refund for egregious violations.
You agree not to circumvent access controls, scrape content, reverse‑engineer site features, or upload malicious code. Automated downloading of lessons and distribution of course materials are prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
All course materials, videos, source files, and text are owned by WindGrove or its licensors. Purchase grants a personal license for learning only. Republishing, reselling, or redistributing content is prohibited without written permission.
We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. Critical notices will be posted within the platform when possible.
Protect your account with a strong password and never share one‑time codes. Report suspicious activity immediately. We use industry‑standard encryption and access controls, but no method is 100% secure.
Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WindGrove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud. You may cancel your account at any time; cancellation does not entitle you to refunds except as stated in our Refunds policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be highlighted within the platform. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. The effective date is posted at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your country of residence unless local law requires otherwise. Disputes shall first attempt resolution through good‑faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
